Longhua Digital Smart Manufacturing Center, the first vertical industrial facility in Longhua District, is now open for bids from global smart manufacturing enterprises, institutions, and professionals across the industrial chain.

As of last month, more than 50 companies in fields such as smart equipment, chip manufacturing, semiconductor devices, smart sensors, and artificial intelligence have expressed interest in settling in the new facility. Once it reaches full production capacity, the project is expected to generate an annual tax revenue of 84.76 million yuan and create up to 12,000 new jobs.

Located in Dalang Subdistrict, the project was redeveloped from an urban renewal initiative. It occupies a land area of 46,900 square meters and offers a total construction area of 420,000 square meters, including four vertical industrial buildings and two apartment towers, along with supporting commercial facilities.

The project was recognized as a Platinum Winner in the Residential subcategory of the Architectural Design category at the 2024 MUSE Design Awards.
